Fitness Training

IN ADDITION TO BEING AN ACTRESS:  I am a fitness professional certified by NSCA for strength and conditioning, ACE for personal training, FOLP for aerobics, CORE for pilates instructing.  I practice in Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Woodland Hills and Beverly Hills.  

I became interested in fitness while training as a DANCER in ballet, tap and jazz.  I have teaching certifications in all three forms by BATD.  I studied and trained intensively in dance as a child and teen, performing, touring and competing.
